Job Description
EnviroLogix is seeking a driven, results-oriented Supervisor, Core Operations to lead our Dry Room production and Shipping & Receiving teams through a continuous improvement mindset to achieve operational excellence and support the EnviroLogix business in meeting their objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or logistics operations
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of SQDC principles and experience managing manual labor production environments
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and drive results
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
