The Lead Mechanical Engineer will play a key role in planning and managing mechanical engineering efforts for pipeline and facility projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer with ability to become licensed in multiple states
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering associated with pipelines and associated facilities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brownfield/greenfield compressor station projects
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of industry standards associated with design of oil and gas pipelines and facilities
- Subject expert knowledge of 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195
- Strong written skills with experience in preparing project execution plans, design basis memoranda, technical reports, and engineering specifications
