Job Description
Join Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union as they merge to create a unified financial institution. This Lending Specialist - Sales position is responsible for achieving Direct Consumer Loan production goals and providing exceptional member service. The role involves originating consumer loans, facilitating loan closings, and managing member relationships through consultative sales, account management, and financial counseling.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in a financial services institution
- 6+ months experience Consumer Loan Origination
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking / analytical
- Typing skills - 30 words per minute or more
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Lending Software
