Mortgage Servicing Coordinator

As a Mortgage Servicing Coordinator, you will assist in the servicing of Wings Financial mortgage loans, implementing and monitoring necessary steps to protect collateral assets. You will work directly with Mortgage Analyst & IT to resolve issues and process improvements, creating and maintaining online procedures for Mortgage Servicing, and training new and existing staff on new/revised regulations and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree College degree preferred
• High School Diploma/G.E.D. Required
• 5+ years mortgage servicing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of Miser and / or Encompass preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to learn various vendor software (LPS; State National; FNMA; MI Companies)
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability and desire to maintain quality of service while performing multiple tasks
• Above average communication skills, both oral and written, along with problem solving skills
• Knowledge of all applicable Real Estate lending laws and investor guidelines
• Knowledge of state and county specific requirements
