Job Description
Entegris is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for our Decatur, TX facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced CNC maintenance services, including equipment installation, relocation, upgrades, and repairs, as well as troubleshooting and leading repairs to completion.
Requirements
- 1+ Years Machine Tool Maintenance background
- Familiarity with rebuilds utilizing Gib and Way Scraping and Turcite installation
- Mechanical aptitude, working knowledge of ball screws, worm gears, transmissions, etc.
- Electrical aptitude, working knowledge of safety circuits, timers, servo's, HMIs, etc.
- Preferred knowledge in (Fadal, Haas, Mitsubishi, Hardinge, Okamoto and Chevalier)
- Diverse maintenance background including servicing: blowers, vacuum pumps, augers, gas furnaces, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
