Job Description
The Manager, Equipment Engineering will be responsible for building a team and executing the strategy for the acquisition and startup of Custom Manufacturing Equipment to meet demand plans for new and existing products. The role involves project management, specification development, vendor selection, design, validation, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment in collaboration with manufacturing teams.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years of industry experience in Equipment engineering with progressive growth to higher levels of responsibility
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Enterprise and collaborative mindset
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence at various organizational levels
