Job Description
Lead a team of engineers to sustain and improve specialty chemical manufacturing processes. Develop and implement strategies to improve safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Manage projects, prioritize tasks, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or similar
- 8+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing role with 4+ years in a managerial role in the semiconductor industry or chemical manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with transferring and/or scaling up new chemical manufacturing processes
- Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles
- Ability to use structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, FMEA, 5 Why, RCA, etc
- Leadership ability to drive cross-functional project execution and problem solving
- Ability to present technical data in a concise manner to all levels of the organization
