The Material Handler II role involves safely managing incoming chemicals and raw materials, performing cycle counts, creating shipping reports, and assisting with process improvements and cost effectiveness.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international shipping methods
- Previous experience in receipt of incoming goods and returned materials
- Strong organizational skills with MS Word and Excel experience
- ERP systems experience (SAP a plus)
- Good verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Very organized individual with attention to details
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Teamwork and Collaboration
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 β 2 years Logistics experience in a high-volume manufacturing/operations environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. with limited bending and twisting
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to work fully onsite
