Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift responsible for achieving departmental production requirements, supervision of staff, and coordination of scheduling and workflow.

Requirements

• 5 or more years' experience in a complex manufacturing environment
• 2 or more years of supervisory experience required
• Organizational, planning and communication skills and the ability to adapt to workforce, work environment and customer needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience with lean and/or six sigma methodologies
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed by the business and manufacturing needs
