Job Description
Entegris is seeking a Senior Engineer, Process Engineering with 7-8 years of experience in chemical synthesis, purification, and/or packaging. The role involves developing strategies to expand manufacturing capacity, reducing variation and cost, and increasing product yields. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process control principles, materials of construction, and risk-based methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering
- Strong English communication skill
- +7~8 years of experience in engineering, operations, and continuous improvement
- Experience with PFDs, P&IDs, and sound understanding of Control Logic Diagrams, Instrumentation Selection, Valve and Line Sizing, and ERPs
- Solid understanding of process control principles (SPC)
- Understanding of Materials of Construction
- Experience with FMEA or other risk-based methods
- Ability to present technical data to all levels of the organization and external customers
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and wear PPE as necessary
- Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally (<10%)
