Senior Engineer, Systems Engineering（制御システムエンジニア）

The Senior Engineer, Systems Engineering role will design, deliver, maintain, and improve manufacturing solutions such as SPC, MES, OEE, IoT, Data Analytics. The role will work to achieve operational excellence throughout our global manufacturing processes by leveraging digital platforms and technologies.

Requirements

• Develops, recommends, and implements controls solutions and programs that improve the reliability and efficiency of production, utility and facility equipment
• Support software and hardware new installation, upgrades, and improvement
• Ownership of system architecture and collaboration with IT and other plants to streamline and push enterprise automation solutions
• Manufacturing Systems Management: Optimize, and execute policies of the manufacturing systems such as real-time Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related modules that are deployed to the manufacturing sites
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and internal standards for usability, data integrity, cybersecurity
