Setup Technician I

Setup Technician I will prepare, set up, and optimize injection molding equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-1 years of mechanical or injection molding setup experience
• Competency using powered hand tools, fasteners, and measurement devices
• Intermediate-level molding and processing skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail for safety and quality
• Basic math, computer literacy, and data-entry skills
• SAP experience preferred
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in mechanical environments
• Ability to recognize and communicate quality defects and ensure parts meet required specifications
