Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a similar technical field
- 3+ years of experience in a global, multicultural, multi-location organization serving a high technology industry
- Understanding of purification/filtration processes and critical control parameters
- Ability to generate FMEAs, Control Plans
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical software (Minitab/JMP)
- Familiar with SAP Enterprise software
- Medium to high volume manufacturing experience
- Experience leading project(s) pertaining to continuous improvement of yield, cycle time, and cost reduction involving purification
- A fundamental knowledge of chemistry (material stability, material compatibility, etc.) and thermodynamics (mass flow, etc.)
