Sr. Engineer, Chemical Process Engineering

The role involves developing LVM and HVM blended chemical processes, designing delivery and purification systems, and collaborating with product management, R&D, and manufacturing to establish reliable high-quality and cost targets. The position requires a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in statistics and statistical software.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a similar technical field
• 3+ years of experience in a global, multicultural, multi-location organization serving a high technology industry
• Understanding of purification/filtration processes and critical control parameters
• Ability to generate FMEAs, Control Plans
• Proficiency in statistics and statistical software (Minitab/JMP)
• Familiar with SAP Enterprise software
• Medium to high volume manufacturing experience
• Experience leading project(s) pertaining to continuous improvement of yield, cycle time, and cost reduction involving purification
• A fundamental knowledge of chemistry (material stability, material compatibility, etc.) and thermodynamics (mass flow, etc.)
