Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations

The Role: Entegris is currently seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations to join our Advanced Purity Solutions Division. This position will be at our San Luis Obispo, CA facility. The position is responsible for the efficient utilization of resources ensuring the achievement of production requirements related to safety, quality, focus audits, cost, on-time delivery and service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a lead or in a supervisory role
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
• Continuous improvement experience preferred
• Excellent written & verbal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
