Site Safety Manager

The Site Safety Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety on electrical construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies, and fostering a proactive safety culture to minimize risks and prevent incidents.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety plans in accordance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards.
• Conduct thorough safety audits and inspections, identifying hazards and ensuring immediate correction of unsafe conditions.
• Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks to educate and engage all site personnel on safety best practices.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents thoroughly, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
