Requirements
- Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety plans in accordance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards.
- Conduct thorough safety audits and inspections, identifying hazards and ensuring immediate correction of unsafe conditions.
- Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks to educate and engage all site personnel on safety best practices.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents thoroughly, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
