Job Description
Paralegal Assistant provides administrative and substantive legal support to the Legal Affairs Division, including legal document preparation, contract coordination, compliance tracking, and legal file management.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or certificate in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Paralegal certificate (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a legal, executive assistant, or administrative support role
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies or regulatory environments (preferred)
- Strong English language proficiency
