The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance and repair of building assets, performing various duties such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, groundskeeping, and custodial work. The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, with one year or more of hands-on general building maintenance experience.
Requirements
- One year or more of hands-on general building maintenance experience
- Experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to analyze and work through problems independently
- Ability to lift at least 80 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to move and climb ladders (6-30 feet)
- Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 2 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have HS Diploma/GED
