Role Overview

The IT Senior Manager - Information Security Office will lead the internal Penetration Testing team, responsible for identifying security vulnerabilities, emulating real-world threats, and strengthening the organization's cybersecurity posture. The team will work to drive measurable security improvements and communicate insights that inform strategic security decisions.

As an IT Senior Manager, you will lead and grow high-performing technical professionals, oversee enterprise testing initiatives, communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders, and partner with technology and business teams to drive security improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in Information Technology, Information Security, and/or leadership
• 4+ years of experience leading cybersecurity functions within large organizations
• 3+ years of experience in offensive security or penetration testing
• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship
• Must reside in the United States (does not include Alaska or Hawaii)
• Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
