IT Senior Manager - Workforce Technology Security Engineering

Role Overview

As an IT Senior Manager on the Security Engineering Team, you will lead a high-performing team of engineers and managers, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing security technology tools and solutions. You will maintain a culture of security, manage risks, and defend against threats. The team partners with the Information Security Office (ISO) and across IT to realize a culture of security.

You will oversee development lifecycle, technical projects, and engineering processes. You will serve as an escalation point, proactively addressing roadblocks and helping the team deliver high-quality results. You will establish and maintain key performance metrics, identify opportunities, and improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding areas
• 8+ years related experience
• Experience managing technical teams, to include performance management, employee development, and hiring
• Experience managing managers or other technical leadership
• Experience with capacity planning
• Proven success leading, mentoring, and motivating team members to maximize their potential and deliver high quality results and solutions
• Experience in leading project teams across teams and departments supporting IT initiatives
• Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
