Analyst - Portfolio Operations

Ocean Capital Holdings Limited is seeking an Analyst – Portfolio Operations to provide analytical depth, financial insight, and operational support to inform strategic decision making across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing consolidated forecasts, conducting financial analysis, and contributing to key reporting and compliance activities.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related fields
• CPA designation with 3-5 years of post-designation experience
• At least 5 years of business operations experience in a comparable role or in position requiring financial analysis and reporting
• Self-motivated and proactive in managing workload and pursuing professional development
• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and research skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication, complemented by a strategic mindset and curiosity
• Highly organized, with strong project management skills and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, complex environment
• Collaborative and team-oriented, skilled at building relationships across functions and organizations
