Job Description
The OSCO Construction Group is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Loader Operator / Maintenance Worker to join our pit operations team. This dual-role position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment and performing routine maintenance, inspections, and general upkeep of equipment and pit infrastructure.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Experience with wheel loaders required
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort performing routine maintenance tasks
- Strong safety mindset with knowledge of pit/quarry safety regulations
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks
- Valid class 5 driver's license and own reliable transportation
