Job Description
Ocean Capital Holdings Limited is seeking a Senior IT Analyst- Human Capital Management to provide expert-level system administration and production support for the HCM system, collaborating with HR and Payroll teams to design, configure, and maintain system customizations and integrations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise HCM, ERP, or system administration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Oracle Fusion HCM administration and configuration
- HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI
- REST/SOAP APIs and file-based integrations
- Fast Formulas and system security models
