Ocean Capital Holdings Limited is seeking a Senior Manager - Human Resources to lead human resource operations, provide valued direction, service, support and advice to the Human Resource team, and promote human resources best practices, policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration degree or relevant undergraduate degree
- Chartered Professional in Human Resources Designation
- 10+ years of progressive experience with best-in-class HR practices
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound research and business analytic skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and work independently or within a team
- Expert knowledge of MS office
- Previous experience with an HRIS system
