Site Superintendent

We are currently searching for a Site Superintendent with a minimum of two (2) years of experience to join our growing and dynamic Construction division. The successful candidate must be primarily task-focused, requiring a direct leadership style that encourages results though collaboration.

Requirements

• Managing on-site construction activities on a daily basis, including: project coordination, planning, scheduling, estimating, material requisitioning and cost-control
• Supervising and coordinating personnel and subcontractors
• Ensuring site safety is in accordance with strict standards of our Corporate Safety Program and legislative requirements
• Daily record-keeping
• Inspecting work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
