Yard Labourer

Strescon Limited is seeking a reliable and motivated Yard Labourer to assist with handling, storage, and loading of precast concrete products in the plant yard. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, maintaining yard organization, and ensuring safe and efficient movement of materials.

Requirements

• Material Handling: Load, unload, and move precast concrete products using cranes, forklifts, or other equipment.
• Yard Organization: Maintain proper storage and dunnage placement of finished products.
• Inspection: Check products for damage before loading and report any issues.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate yard cranes, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment (training provided if needed).
• Housekeeping: Keep yard clean and organized; remove debris and maintain safe working conditions.
• Assist Production: Support plant operations when required, including moving forms or materials.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, wear PPE, and report hazards immediately.
• Complete additional task as assigned by supervisors.
