PINSTACK is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Event Sales Manager to lead events and group sales efforts, focusing on building relationships and creating memorable guest experiences. This role involves managing all phases of event planning, client communication, and achieving sales goals, contributing significantly to the location's financial targets. The position prioritizes client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Lead the Event Sales Process: Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into successful events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests, local businesses, schools, and organizations.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure flawless execution of events and parties.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the Marketing Department to promote events.
• Client Satisfaction: Be the primary point of contact for event clients, ensuring their needs are met.
