Event Sales Managers

PINSTACK is seeking driven Event Sales Managers to lead events and group sales efforts. This role involves building relationships with clients and creating memorable experiences for attendees. The success of the role is measured by conversion of interest into bookings and establishing PINSTACK as the go-to event provider.

Requirements

• 2+ years of event sales experience in hospitality, entertainment, or a similar industry
• Goal-oriented with the drive to grow market share
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations and kitchen teams
• Outgoing personality and a passion for networking
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and learning new technology
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays) with the ability to work at pace
