Group Services Supervisor- S+R

This role is for the Group Services Supervisor, focused on the organization and operation of group services events. The supervisor will coordinate event setup, ensure smooth event execution, maintain cleanliness, and handle guest issues. They will oversee staff training and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

• Supporting the Group Services department
• Coordination of event setup/breakdown
• Ensuring event standards are met and orders are fulfilled
• Food and drink delivery in accordance to contract
• Cleaning and maintaining event space
• Effective communication with the kitchen
• Training and supervising the team
• Uniform standard adherence
• Age 18+
• Valid Food Handler’s Certificate or other relevant license
• Valid TABC or similar alcohol license
• Training certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
