Collection Officer

We are looking for a Collection Officer to make high-volume outbound collection calls, negotiate repayment plans, and reconcile customer disputes. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is goal-oriented, and has previous experience in telephone sales, call centre, or debt collection.
