Job Description
We're seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as the human counterpart to our AI Chief Agent Officer (Helix). You'll be the daily driving force behind our company vision, managing both human and AI teams to execute strategy with precision and speed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in agency operations, consulting, or startup operations
- Track record of scaling teams and operations in fast-growth environments
- Experience managing both human teams and technology/automation systems
- Background in health, wellness, or direct-to-consumer brands preferred
