Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a fast-growing real estate investment business. The role is ideal for someone who combines strong marketing operations knowledge with structured team leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of direct experience in Operations, Marketing Operations, RevOps, or similar performance-driven operational roles
- Near-native English proficiency (strong C1/C2 written and spoken)
- Strong hands-on experience working with marketing and operational KPIs
- Advanced Excel skills and strong comfort working with large datasets (10K+ records)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into operational decisions
