Manager, Media

The Media Manager is EO's central steward of our digital media library, ensuring photos, videos, and graphics are easy to find, safe to use, and ready to power storytelling across chapters, regions, and global channels.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in digital asset management, content operations, media production coordination, or a related role.
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail, with a consistent record of organizing complex information for easy reuse.
• Working knowledge of media rights, releases, and licensing, including basic copyright and attribution practices.
• Comfort partnering across teams and time zones, with strong service mindset and clear written communication.
• Proficiency with digital media tools and file formats (photo, video, audio) and confidence learning new platforms quickly.
