Senior Director, Communities

EO Communities are hybrid groups designed to help members connect around shared interests, identities, and experiences. The Senior Director, Communities leads the strategic and operational direction of EO's global Communities ecosystem, overseeing current and future community offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business, education, or related field of study
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with international experience preferred
• Minimum 6 years' learning, community management, or event-related program development and execution experience
• Strong understanding of global learning and live events, online community platforms, instructional design tools, negotiation, and best learning practices
