We are a family-owned restoration company doing work that matters, building trust with clients facing water damage in their homes. As our Project Admin Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in scheduling and coordinating estimator and project manager meetings, managing permits, and maintaining accurate project documentation to support our fast-paced operations.
We don’t require restoration industry experience—we’re looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and ready to support multiple teams while keeping projects on track.

What would I be doing?
- Schedule estimator and project manager meetings, including reinspections and client visits
- Track, create, and maintain project documentation and calendar events with accurate notes
- Maintain and update Estimators’ and Project Managers’ DPTs and trackers
- Prepare and track permits, inspections, and related documentation
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure everyone is informed
- Follow up on open tasks and maintain accountability systems
- Upload documents to company portals and assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Work full-time in-office, actively engaging in Entrusted’s people-first culture
- Learn and grow in preparation for future development opportunities within the company
- Other duties as assigned
