Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering specializing in structural/construction engineering
- A minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in delivering transportation or heavy civil design and construction projects
- P.Eng. and licensed to practice in Alberta, licenses in other locations are considered an asset
- Knowledgeable of local market conditions, emerging trends, and opportunities
- Strong business acumen, contract negotiation skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment
- Track record of business development and bringing in new client relationships while leveraging existing accounts
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to manage complex situations with multiple stakeholders utilizing conflict resolution skills
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget within a large project team
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills with evidence of mentorship and team development
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven client service capability along with the experience to effectively manage multiple teams simultaneously
- The ability to effectively work remotely with teams of people who may not be at your location
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while juggling competing priorities
- Available for occasional travel to other Entuitive offices in Canada, and the United States
