Senior Project Manager, Transportation Structures

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Transportation team in Toronto, leading large-scale transit and infrastructure projects for clients such as Metrolinx, the Toronto Transit Commission, and the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario. The role offers the opportunity to lead major project pursuits and manage client growth with a focus on building long-term, trusted client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Civil Engineering with a specialization in structural.
• Licensed professional engineer in the Province of Ontario, Alberta, or British Columbia is an asset, but not a requirement.
• 10 – 15 years minimum related experience in managing transportation projects or in heavy civil construction.
• PMP certification would be an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with people at all levels including project stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to effectively work remotely with teams of people who may not be at your location.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on an ongoing basis.
• Effective decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
