Requirements

• At least one main degree after class 10a
• Interest in technology, mechanics, and industrial production processes
• Good school knowledge in mathematics, physics, and technology/woodwork
• Manual skill and pleasure in practical work
• Sense of responsibility and careful working style
• Team ability, reliability, and motivation to learn something new
• Physical fitness for technical activities in an industrial environment
• Willingness to work in shift work
• Good language skills in German and basic knowledge of English
