We're seeking a Customs Specialist to oversee customs and inbound shipments department, ensuring seamless daily operations and full compliance with country-specific regulations. The ideal candidate has 4-8 years' experience in customs operations and logistics, with a strong background in transport and customer focus.
Requirements
- 4-8 years' experience in customs operations and logistics
- Relevant experience in filing import and export declarations
- Experience in SAP/GTS is a plus
- Certification to file import/export declarations in Germany, Belgium, and/or the Netherlands
- Extensive knowledge of European customs legislation
- Understanding of the risk related to import and export transactions
- Strong background in transport with a clear customer focus
