Job Description
Join envelio as an Engineering Manager - Core Team to lead a backend-driven engineering squad and ensure the platform remains robust and consistent. As a management team member, you'll coach and mentor direct reports, work with stakeholders, and evolve the squad by identifying and attracting talents.
Requirements
- Lead and manage a cross-functional group of Software Engineers
- Proven skillset in development of web applications and design of core business workflows or database modeling
- Strong experience in growing and forming a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills and motivation to coach Engineers on their personal and professional growth path
- Familiarity with envelio's tech stack and ability to work with it
