Site Reliability Engineer (all genders)

We're a team of coffee and maté lovers on a mission to drive forward the energy transition. We're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our deeply technical squad and help us maintain the reliable operation and infrastructure behind our Intelligent Grid Platform (IGP).

Requirements

• Proven experience running production workloads on Kubernetes in a cloud or hybrid environment
• Comfortable with Linux administration, networking, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with configuration management tools like SaltStack, Ansible, or Chef
• Experience with container and orchestration technology (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) in production
• Understanding of monitoring and observability and experience with tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana
• Effective communication skills in asynchronous, remote-first environments
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to using AI tools in daily work
• Business-fluent in English (Level C1)
• Experience as a software developer, ideally with languages like Python or Go
