Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in technical or industrial products.
- Strong understanding of water treatment systems and their applications.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Gulf Coast market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in account management and growing customer accounts.
- Willingness to travel within the territory for client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Ability to perform needs assessments and develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, maintaining metrics for revenue growth, account retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with reporting and sales management tools and CRM software.
