Job Description
We are seeking a Procurement Support Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of procurement activities at Environmental Air Systems (EAS). This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Requirements
- Process procurement-related credit card purchases
- Provide backup coverage to the receptionist
- Reconcile procurement credit card transactions
- Support the Parts Department
- Process Staples orders
- Process petty cash receipt ticket reconciliation
- Assist with metal log updates
- Assist with entering purchase orders
- Assist with invoice approval and documentation
- Maintain purchase order and invoice files
