Job Description
Manage all aspects of Off Site Constructed (OSC) Mechanical Equipment projects, including initial design phases, installation, start-up, and final completion. Manage development of design, specifications, and drawings, and provide expert guidance on manufacturing projects, cost forecasting, and project schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Industrial HVAC, energy service contracting, central refrigeration plant, Design Build Contracting, or energy efficiency field
- Minimum 5+ years project Management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Scheduling, Project Management software, design software (Revit a plus)
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Knowledge of OSHA and other construction related rules and regulations
