Quality Engineer

Environmental Air Systems seeks a Quality Engineer to join their manufacturing team in High Point, North Carolina, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and low Cost of Poor Quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and five (5) years' experience in a manufacturing or construction industry, with three (3) years' experience in quality assurance, quality control or quality auditing
• Expert knowledge of AQP (or APQP), Core Quality Tools and RCCA
• Expert knowledge of manufacturing or construction processes
• Expert knowledge of analytical tools such as Six Sigma, Shainin or Total Quality Management (TQM)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computing skills (Google Workspace applications required, BIM 360, bug reporting tools, statistical software, and Power BI preferred)
• Ability to lead with influence through coaching, teaching and managing expectations
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, people and functions
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or AISC
