Job Description
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for promoting and ensuring a safe working environment on construction sites, implementing safety programs, conducting regular site inspections, and training workers on safety procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in safety management, construction management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety or a related field.
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification (required).
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification (preferred).
- Additional safety certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP)) are a plus.
