Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters Los Angeles is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization's mission, strategy, and operations. The CEO will be responsible for advancing the organization's impact, fostering a positive work culture, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in nonprofit management, business administration, education, public administration, social services, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience, including significant operational and organizational management responsibilities, preferably within a nonprofit, youth-serving, educational, camp, or mission-driven organization.
• Demonstrated success leading, scaling, or improving organizational programs and operations, with a strong track record of driving measurable growth, participation, engagement, and service outcomes.
• Proven executive leadership experience, including building and managing high-performing teams, developing leadership talent, and creating a strong organizational culture.
