Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience selling recruitment services, HR systems, or software solutions is a strong advantage
- Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting experience
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Highly presentable and confident in client-facing situations
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
- Willingness to travel internationally when needed
