Patient Service Representative

Colorado Springs Imaging is seeking a Part Time Patient Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and facilitating the needs of physicians. The role involves administrative tasks, patient registration, and resolving complaints. Responsibilities include answering phones, data entry, patient check-in/out, and scheduling appointments. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• One plus year of experience providing exceptional customer service in a healthcare environment
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver, and a team player
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
• Ability to continuously 'exceed' company and customer expectation
• Strong communication skills & professional demeanor
