Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Envision Unlimited plays a vital role in assessing and addressing the medical, health, and safety needs of clients within assigned community living program(s).
Requirements
- Current Illinois license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Valid CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- At least two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably including one year working with individuals with developmental disabilities
