Cash Collections Representatives

Performs collections of delinquent accounts by contacting customers via phone, email, and resolves issues with incorrect billing amounts and purchase orders. Minimizes financial risk to the organization by assessing and advising on creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers.

Requirements

• Perform daily collection activities via calls, emails, and reminders
• Maintain accurate customer account records and approve order hold releases
• Drive actions to improve Days Sales Outstanding and reduce bad debt
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve issues
• Handle adjustments, queries, credits reviews, disputes, order releases
• 1–3 years in credit collections customer-focused roles
• College-level education in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, CRM; Oracle/SAP experience
• Fluent in English and service-minded with strong collaboration skills
